The twelve pre-approved medical conditions are listed on our medical cards page. There are many conditions that are of a similar kind or class as the pre-approved twelve that can also qualify you for a medical marijuana recommendation.

Seasonal residents may receive a medical card in Florida if they meet the certain conditions including staying in Florida for more than 31 consecutive days, maintaining a residence in Florida, and returning to their home state at least once a year.

If you are under 18 you will need to consult with a second physician. At the current time we are unable to accommodate pediatric medical marijuana recommendations. As we build out our resources, we will update our website. If you are unsure of where else to go, please call us and we can guide you to the appropriate physicians.

Medical records are helpful in reviewing your medical history and qualifying conditions, but not always necessary.

If you do not receive a recommendation or qualification for medical marijuana your patient fee will be refunded to you in full.

Permanent Florida residents can receive a temporary card immediately that is valid at all medical marijuana dispensaries. Seasonal and Permanent residents will receive a physical card in the mail within 14 days.

Your medical marijuana recommendation is valid for 210 days (7 months). In order to renew your card, you will need to schedule a recertification with one of our doctors.
